30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Accompanied by the original packaging, including tags and accessories

Not classified as final sale (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page

Undergarments or swimwear for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

Free Returns

We offer free returns for all eligible items. There are no restocking fees. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon request.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at info@dcshoseshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and a return authorization.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
